He is experienced in handling key aspects of most commercial real estate transactions, including sales, acquisitions, development, leasing and financing. These transactions involve all major property types, such as multifamily, office, industrial and retail. Representative clients include real estate developers, building owners, investors and small business owners. Mr. Bell also has extensive experience related to the formation and review of partnerships and other entities in connection with the acquisition, development and operation of real estate.
